She shares her personal experience of becoming the confident person that she is today by overcoming the opinions and criticism of others. Alethea shares three keys to being confident in yourself and how to use them to leave behind the self-doubt to reprogram our ways of thinking with the use of daily exercises and affirmations. The first step is to speak life into yourself by repeatedly telling yourself the things that people say you are not! Telling yourself "I am enough", "I am gorgeous",  and "I am worth it" go a long way to programming yourself to be confident and believe what you say about you!
