How to let go of an incident or grief around an incident.  Use this exercise to help work through something you wish to move on from. A useful way to do this exercise is to write about this incident in the form of a letter to the other person(s). If it involved only yourself, then write a letter to yourself.  Example: Dear _____ When I was 15 years old…What happened…I felt…I did...
