As you’ve been hearing on Clare FM News this week, the price of renting a home in Clare has risen by 8% throughout 2024.

Daft.ie's final quarterly report for 2024, indicates the average price paid by new tenants in the county stands at €1,449.

The report also found that the average monthly mortgage payment for a two-bed house was less than half what the average tenant rented a similar dwelling for.
