Have you ever wondered if developing skills to have a steadier mind could actually change the way you walk through infertility?
When you’re dealing with all the things that come with fertility struggles, it can be so easy to get thrown by another setback, second-guess every decision, or find yourself reacting to the people closest to you.
And if you’re trying to trust God through all of this, it can be hard to know what to do with everything that’s going on in your mind.
In this episode, I’ll share six reasons I think developing a steadier mind can help you through infertility, from dealing with setbacks and making decisions to caring for yourself while waiting for conception or a positive pregnancy test.

You might hear people talking about the importance of your mindset when you’re trying to conceive.
But what does that actually mean?
And as a Christian, should you even be focusing on developing a strong mindset when your hope and strength are supposed to be found in Christ?
I think this can be a bit confusing, especially when so much of the conversation around mindset can sound like you can change your life by changing your thoughts.
And when you're already dealing with the uncertainty of infertility, the disappointment of another cycle, and the longing for a baby, it can be hard to know where this fits with trusting God.
In this episode, I’m talking about what I mean by a steady and solid mindset, why I think Christians can be unsure about focusing on it, and how learning more about your mind can fit alongside trusting God while you wait for the positive pregnancy test you’re praying for.

Have you ever opened your Bible during infertility and found yourself wondering if a verse is actually saying something about you?
When you’re waiting for conception, watching your ovulation symptoms, and hoping this will finally be the cycle that ends with a positive pregnancy test, it’s easy for what you’re reading in Scripture to suddenly feel very personal.
And if you’re trying to trust in God while also wondering why He hasn’t given you the thing you’ve been praying for, some verses can leave you with even more questions than you had before you opened your Bible.
In this episode, I’m talking about something I really struggled with during my own infertility, and one passage in particular that I kept coming back to.
Because what if the way you’re reading a verse is actually making the situation harder than it needs to be?
And what if the Bible isn’t answering the question you’re asking it?
If you’ve ever felt confused, discouraged, or even a little bit condemned after reading Scripture during infertility, this episode is for you.

When you reach your fertile window, the pressure can affect much more than just your calendar dates or embryo transfers.
In this episode, we talk about why these few days can feel like a silent weight sitting underneath your faith - especially when you’ve been doing everything in your ability to prepare and then feel exhausted by the tension. I explore how fertility struggles can shape your thoughts, your marriage, and how you see your relationship with God, as you navigate ovulation symptoms, manage the clinical details, and wonder what it means for your future.
We also look at why the uncertainty of conception can feel so unsettling when you find yourself over-analysing everyday decisions and trying to guess God's plans. Finally, I look at what it actually means to have trust in God when you don’t know what the outcome will be - and how you can gently lay down the responsibility of trying to force a result while you wait for that deeply desired positive pregnancy test.

When you’re trying to conceive, those few days around ovulation can bring a lot of pressure. Tracking ovulation symptoms, working out timing, managing fertility treatment, and trying to fit everything around your fertile window can leave you feeling like you have to get everything right.
And sometimes that pressure can start affecting the rest of your life too. You might find yourself rearranging plans, second-guessing what you’ve done, trying to add more things to your list, or simply feeling frazzled by everything that needs to happen.
But what if the fertile window doesn’t have to feel quite so pressured?
In this episode, I look at some of the things that can add pressure during those few days, and how you can take some of that pressure off while learning to trust God with what you can’t control.

When you’re tracking ovulation symptoms, longing for conception, and facing another cycle without the positive pregnancy test you’ve been praying for, it can become difficult to believe that God really cares about what you’re going through.
In this episode, I share why infertility once made me question whether God was truly for me, and what I came to understand about God’s care, fertility, suffering, and the promises of Scripture.
We’ll look at why someone else’s pregnancy doesn’t mean God loves them more, why your fertility struggles aren’t a punishment, and what it means to keep trusting God when His care doesn’t look like the answer you desperately want.
If you’re struggling to trust God in your fertility journey, this episode will help you see His care in a different way.

What can an ovulation test actually tell you about your Fertility?
I also share my experience using OPKs with PCOS and later alongside blood tests and ultrasounds with a fertility specialist, and I look at some of the practical things that can affect your results.
When you’re trying to conceive, it’s easy to put a lot of weight on getting the timing right and trying to understand every sign your body is giving you.
Hopefully this episode gives you some clarity about what these tests can and can’t tell you, without adding more pressure to something that already has enough uncertainty. So you can make wise decisions with the information you have, while still trusting God with what you don't know.

When you’re navigating infertility or trying to conceive, it can affect much more than your desire to have a baby.
I explore how fertility struggles can affect the way you see yourself, your relationships, your purpose and even your faith, as you track ovulation symptoms, hope through each cycle and wonder whether the next one will finally bring a positive pregnancy test.
We also look at why the uncertainty of conception can feel so unsettling when you can’t control what happens or know how long it will last.
Finally, I look at what Trust in God can actually look like when you don’t know what He’s going to do — and how you can keep coming back to what you know is true, even when you’re scared of what you don’t know.

If you're trying to conceive, it's easy for fertility to become the lens through which you see everything. Every ovulation symptom, every pregnancy test, and every month without conception can begin to shape your hope, your purpose, and even your relationship with God.
In this episode, I share the one perspective that changed how I experienced infertility. I explore what it really means to trust in God while waiting, why your longing for a baby is good but can become heavier than it was ever meant to be, and how Christ gives us a hope that's secure no matter what happens next.
If infertility has started to feel like the centre of your world, this episode will gently help you lift your eyes to something bigger.

What do you do after another Negative Pregnancy Test? How do you cope when the hope you carried for another month suddenly turns into disappointment, grief, and questions for God?
In this episode, we talk about what happens emotionally and physically after a negative test, why it can feel so overwhelming, and practical ways to cope in those first moments and days. We look at how to process the sadness, respond to difficult thoughts, care for yourself when you feel emotionally drained, and bring your disappointment honestly to God without guilt or shame.
For women walking through Fertility struggles, tracking Ovulation Symptoms, hoping for Conception, or longing to see that Positive Pregnancy Test, another negative result can feel like another loss. Especially when you’re trying to hold onto Trust in God while also grieving something you deeply desire.
We also unpack why Christians can sometimes feel guilty for struggling, why strong faith doesn’t mean you stop feeling deeply, and what Scripture teaches us about bringing our pain to God. You’ll learn practical ways to move through these moments with honesty, wisdom, and hope - without pretending you’re okay when you’re not.

Are you trying to conceive, doing everything you can, hoping this month might finally be the one with the positive pregnancy test, while quietly wondering if life can still feel meaningful if motherhood doesn’t happen the way you dreamed?
Do you ever ask, “Will I still have purpose? Will my life still be whole?”
Maybe you’re caught between letting go and letting God while tracking ovulation symptoms and doing everything you can to become a mother. But you’re bone weary, and the questions, the decisions, the emotions just keep piling up.
You’re praying hard, reading your Bible, putting on a brave face at church, but inside, you’re running on empty, worn down, anxious, and wondering how much longer you can hold it together.
Maybe you're questioning your worth, your decisions, even your faith. You trust God, but some days you quietly ask, “Is He really hearing me? Or has He forgotten?” Especially in a church full of growing families, it can feel like you’ve been overlooked.
If this is you, know that I see you because I’ve been there.
I’m Lyndell Renae, a Jesus-loving wife, mum, and Christian fertility coach and mentor, with a background in nursing and women’s ministry. I’ve walked through grief, anxiety, decision fatigue, and deep spiritual wrestling.
My journey was messy and imperfect. Some days, I didn’t know if I was holding on to God or just barely holding it together.
But those very struggles led me to the anchors I needed. Anchors that helped me think clearly, choose wisely, and build trust in God and Christ-centered hope, hope that steadied me not just in the midst of infertility, but beyond it too.
Whether you’re navigating IUI, IVF, miscarriage, embryo adoption, secondary infertility, or trying naturally, you are so welcome here.
It’s my sincere hope to provide you with honest, gospel-shaped conversations and real stories, both from my own journey and from women who’ve walked similar roads, sharing what helped, what we’d do differently, and the truths that held us steady, so your path feels lighter, more supported, and grounded in Christ.
We’ll talk about emotional well-being, simple conception tips, and biblical truth that helps you make wise, godly decisions even when the outcome is unknown.
If you’re tired of walking this road alone, done pretending you’re okay, and ready to refresh your hope and renew your mind, your marriage, your relationships, your life - then you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
Christ goes before you, and I’m right here beside you every step of the way.
