Today's episode I (with permission) recorded a session between myself and my Life Coach (who is in training, and had asked me to be one of her volunteer participants for certification. I happily obliged, as I saw this as a gift from Universe, assisting me along my journey! 

I do want to give you warning, that the microphones did pick up background noise (movement and paper shuffling), so please bear with me along this episode. 

In this session I am taken down the yellow brick road of life, goals, transitions, and feelings connected to it as well as feelings I desire to have in my upcoming weeks

It has been a beautiful month off, after ending season 3.  During this time, I have taken the time to get other projects back on track, I also took the time to rest, relax, [ick up a new habit of running (I know, what in the what)! This season I have invested in some simple tools to take my podcast on the op.  I plan to remove myself from my office and simply take my podcast on the go, to any adventure  that is brought my way.  If this means simply going on a hike, or to the store pr perhaps on a trip (oooooohhh the plot thickens)! 

Anyways, enjoy my first episode back, as I take you on a journey into he woods whilst doing ng my yoga.  Sharing my perspectives on this beautiful healing journey.

It Is the end of season three of Infinite Love. In this season finale, I take you down the path of enlightenment of just truly surrendering to what is and trusting in what is not known.  This year has been a true blessing and it truly has just begun! I look forward to the month off and will be back before you know it. Until then, enjoy my last episode.

I was just sitting with my sister, who is becoming certified as a Life Coach, when she asked an abundance of questions pertaining to my present and future goals and how I wanted to orchestrate these next few weeks. My brain was trying to keep up, when out of nowhere, she asked a simple question of accountability. The question you ask, "how would you like me to check in with you bi weekly on your progress?" I simply blurted out my boundary, which was, "please whatever you do, do not send a text that feels forceful, or places all this pressure on me." Not sure if it was the feeling of setting a boundary, or the old inner wound of not being heard and will she judged me for expressing how I felt. Either way, I was triggered and I felt it and I acknowledged it within myself as well as verbally stated it out loud to her a few times.

To be honest, this episode took me all over the place, and this was all because of several beautiful; unexpected surprises I encountered as I aired this episode. Similar to my healing journey, the more I let go and held no expectation, the more freely blessings came into my life. This episode is a direct reflection of this healing journey of mine. I take you down several paths, to which universe lead me on, finishing at the purpose of my episode, which is celebrating life, celebrating oneself and each other!

It's my birthday! But, it's not like any other birthday, this one feels more magical this year.  Through my awakening and healing journey, ever since I turned 30, every year has gotten greater and greater. Now fast forward to March 19th, 2024, and I'm 44 years old, life is skyrocketing to infinite levels. I am truly soaring! It's all one big blessing, this healing journey and ending my way back to me. Gratitude is an understatement at this point.  I am beyond blessed and truly love life and all who are in, whom I have to meet and those whom I have lost. I am here celebrating everything, everyone, the good and the bad, the happiness and the pain, as I now know it all served a higher purpose. My birthday wish....I desire for all of you to celebrate yourselves, your lives, your victories, your growth, you deserve to be celebrated!

Your voice matters! For the longest time I believed my story didn't matter. My voice grew silent over the years as I kept everything bottled deep within. I was taught at an early age, that someone out there in the world had it much worse than I did .  A valuable lesson, however, as a child I quickly conditioned myself into believing my feelings, my emotions, my trauma didn't matter, as someone else had it far worse than I did. Raised in a middle class family, filled with so much love, I did feel lucky.  However, what I was feeling and going through, mattered, I just didn't think it was necessary to say anything. That is until I began my healing journey.  Living with a facial difference had its ups and downs, and now I'm hoping, that b y sharing my healing journey, I can help someone get their voice back too! Everyone's voice matters!

In this episode I simply talk about my recent new experience with feeling uncomfortable on a whole level as my healing journey progresses.  I had an entire podcast episode planned , written and laid out and its the night before release and all of a sudden I come across one of my favorite songs, Let it Be, which has so much beautiful meaning behind it.  I simply let it all go, let it be and changed my entire episode last minute. I trusted the process which ties along to my "why" I was experiencing so much release of emotion this past weekend, especially since I was unsure what it was I was releasing, until tonight that is. Have you ever heard a song that just brings back a memory as a child.  I have! The song Fly Away by Tones and I, raises my vibrations and just fills me with empowerment. It also brought me back to a childhood dream I had.  I dreamt that I was flying above my neighborhood. I was free, I felt so alive, it all felt so real. I was in my worth, in my power, soaring to new levels! This healing journey has given me my childhood back, it has filled me with love and gratitude and empowerment. I am soaring to new levels every single day.
