Guest Bio:
Nicola Cartwright started her professional journey into wellness by studying nutrition and exercise sciences in her birthplace of the UK. She worked as a nutrition and fitness coach after graduating, then moved to Thailand to work as a teacher and educated her students’ parents on child nutrition. In 2015, she moved to London to work for a dietary supplement company as their Senior Nutritionist and Product Designer, creating supplements for the fitness world. She moved with the company to New York in 2016 and coached ‘transformation teams’ - groups of people who she would coach on nutrition and fitness while they used the supplements she had created, to prove their effectiveness. She also worked as a life coach and is passionate about guiding others through their wellness journeys. She now lives in Austin with her husband and puppy, and owns her own supplement brand - Powderful - which she is excited to share with the world!
