    Aaron Blaine is a retired Army Green Beret, who deployed all over the world, including multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He was a lead trainer at a men's emotional wellness organization and spent time working in the Alaskan Bush as a safety guide for National Geographic BBC. He also spent years leading wilderness expeditions for special forces veterans returning home, worked closely with gold-star families and children, and coaches men from all walks of life. He is a certified yoga instructor, a hunter, and a total badass. He lives in Montana with his wife, 2 wild boys, and 2 dogs. Our friend, comedian, and podcaster Adam Thorne also joins us in this special episode.

    Known for his ability to capture stories in the most remote corners of the world, Max Lowe has honed his skill as a director and photographer in his search fro adventure and narratives unheard.

    From his home in the mountains of Montana to now countless countries, landscapes and cultures across the globe, Max has been witness to stories spanning the gap of human experience.

    Beginning his career with National Geographic in 2012 with a Young Explorers Grant, and then going on to work with National Geographic Magazine, Men's Journal, Outside Magazine and numerous other outdoor publications and brands, he forged a career for himself traversing the globe telling both his own stories as well as those of the people he encountered along the way.

    In recent years, Max has directed, shot and produced numerous award-winning short documentary films that garnered screen time at festivals such as Cannes, Tribeca and Indi Short Docs, and most recently directed his first feature doc "Torn" which premiered at Telluride Film Festival and is now available on Disney+ with National Geographic Docs.

    Shannon Corsi is an award-winning director, photographer, and producer. This fall, she released her first documentary, NEXUS, an award-winning feature-length ski film featuring an all-female cast. Corsi started taking still photographs at a young age and never really stopped. Her enthusiasm and drive to create on her own terms is super inspiring – it's no wonder her client list now spans over 200 brands and publications with no signs of stopping.

    McKenna Peterson is a professional skier in the winter and a professional boat captain in the summer. Born and raised in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho, Peterson grew up racing on the Sun Valley Ski Team and eventually raced for UC Boulder on the USCSA team. After being introduced to big mountain skiing and the Freeskiing World Tour a year after collegiate racing, McKenna said goodbye to her skinny skis and started competing in Big Mountain competitions. Since starting on the World Tour, McKenna has been in several Warren Miller films, MSP films, and other independent off-shoots. She is still focused on competing but has focused a lot of energy on her grieving process and becoming a mentor to other women in the industry.

    John Padilla is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of JackStrong17, a teen suicide prevention company that works with film and other forms of media to spread awareness about the growing rate of suicide in modern-day culture amongst teens. Padilla has staged school walkouts, helped pass anti-bullying legislation, and done media appearances to help spread the word about this growing problem. His newest film called The Mountain in My Mind follows 6 pro-athletes who have been affected by suicide and mental health. It premieres October 14th in Bozeman, Montana.

    Eduardo Garcia is a chef, outdoor enthusiast, storyteller, and survivor. Garcia was shocked with 2400 volts of electricity when he touched a dead bear in the mountains near his childhood home in Paradise Valley, Montana. He lost his left arm, several ribs and nearly his life. Before his near-death experience, Garcia traveled all over the world on several yachts throughout his career, started his own sauce and spice brand Montana Mex, and is now the star of a new show on Magnolia Networks, Big Sky Kitchen.
