We welcome Ms. Lina Ndengu from the Electoral Commission of Namibia, ECN, to talk us through the process and explain some of the finer details around election day and voter registration. The crew then takes a look at how Party Politics affects business in Namibia, with particular emphasis on the entertainment industry. Neville unwittingly becomes our case study for the discussion.

Namibia's COVID-19 active case-load continues to drop, even with new cases being recorded everyday. The crew reflects on this, before jumping into a conversation about Millennial Slang, with Neville having recently been introduced to the term 'Ghosting'. This sparks a much broader discussion about 'ghosting' itself.

The crew reflects on local sports after the Brave Warriors lost their AFCON Qualifiers tie against Mali 2-1 at the Sam Nuyoma Stadium. We look at sports development in the country, with a clear lack of funding at grassroots level, and a deficiency of revenue streams for Sports Institutions, creating an environment that is not conducive for identifying and developing young talent, making it hard for many to take up nearly any sport discipline as a profession.

The crew tackles the news of former Fishcor CEO Mike Nghipunya being fired officially, almost a year from his arrest for alleged links to the #Fishrot scandal. This of course comes in the wake of an article in a local daily claiming Nghipunya was still running the State Owned Enterprise from his jail cell. We also look at the tension between Namibia and Botswana as the bereaved family lays to rest 5 members of its clan. Plus, South Africa and Malawi may be getting stuck in a situation of their own, with Pastor Bushiri now a wanted fugitive after somehow fleeing South Africa for his native Malawi.

Neville misses the Monday, in steps Sammy. The crew track a story in one the local dailies, claiming that #Fishrot accused former CEO of Fishcor, Mike Ngipunya, is still running the company from his jail cell. Press secretary Alfredo Hengari also comes in for some scrutiny as his comments from last week continue to haunt him.

Some light Friday banter as the crew looks a video that surfaced on Social Media during the week of on MTC employee's altercation with 2 sex workers who claim to have spend the whole night with him. Also, its Friday the 13th, are you afraid?

Another super-sub joins us this morning, Sammy aka Tate Nawaness takes up the missing Neville's spot. The crew continues to track the potential diplomatic crisis unfolding between Namibia and Botswana. We also discuss the search for a new Prosecutor General, with scrutiny following the potential candidates.

Merja is back, sort of... A highly charged morning with the crew discussion the recent shooting of 3 Namibian nationals and their Zambian cousin by the Botswana Defense Force. The nation has reacted with anger, with many calling for retribution of some sort. But is this the best way to go about it? The team in large part, condemn the calls for war, asserting that a war would not be any good for either country, or any of our neighbors in the region.

The crew welcomes Shines into the fold, with Merja not in studio for the morning. We discuss the apology of retired Major General Martin Shali in the wake of his comments, condemned by many as hate speech. The general feeling was that the apology was largely insincere, with the crew discussing this aspect.
