This conversation consumes the bulk of the morning, but we still find some time to talk about love and relationships.

Another busy Monday, with so many things from the weekend to track. We start with a concerning upward trend in COVID-19 infections as we head into the holiday season, plus we look back at football results from Europe's big leagues. We also reflect on ex professional footballer Emmanuel Adebayor having what seems like a meltdown on social media, attacking former girlfriend Dillish Mathews with multiple accusation. We also reflect on the oddly timed release of some of the assets of Michael Amushelelo by the state.

The reaction to the election results continue, as we begin to learn more about some of the incoming councilors all over the country, with some drawing serious criticism over past racist rhetoric. Then we turn the conversation light, with the crew trying in vain to answer the question; 'Why does the sex life of most married couples start to decline after the first year?'.

The results of the Regional Council and Local Authority Elections are finally starting to take shape as town around the country starts to announce Mayors and Management Committee members. Job Amupanda was, perhaps unsurprisingly announced as the new Mayor for Windhoek, becoming the youngest ever Mayor in an independent Namibia, aged just 33. The crew also scrutinizes the application by the ECN to the courts, to stage a re-run of certain elections in the Hardap and \\Karas regions, due to what they are calling procedural errors in the process at the affected polling stations.

A special morning on the show as the crew welcomes to the studio Miss Namibia 1991, Miss Universe 1992, Michelle McLean. We have a wide ranging conversation covering her childhood, her rise to prominence, and her work since. She drops an exclusive anecdote about then citizen Donald Trump pursuing her during the 1992 Miss Universe pageant.

In the aftermath it the recently passed elections, coalitions are being formed in local authorities all around the country, with no one single party holding an outright majority in many of these local authorities. The crew discusses the various possibilities, with many of the opposition parties unwilling to join a flailing SWAPO party for any alliances, opting rather, to try and find common ground amongst themselves. The crew chews on this novel phenomenon in our young democracy. We continue to test-drive our new look in an effort to perfect it for 2021, exciting times ahead.

Merja is back in the studio, the boys poke fun at her vacation before discussing the rising COVID-19 numbers and what this means for the country, with the President set to address the nation on the very issue later in the day. We also manage to squeeze in a lengthy reaction to some football, rugby, and boxing action over the weekend. Then we get Merja's reaction to the election results.

Neville and Q-Base continue their election coverage as it becomes more evident, with more and more results being announced, that the SWAPO party is continuing on its downward trajectory with, particularly newcomers IPC and LPM, doing really well. The show ends on a high, with the #MorningMixLIVE giving away to dining vouchers to the Aldstadt Restaurant in Swakopmund, as we edge closer the Fittest In The Namib competition in mid-December.

The show starts with Oom Chris Jacobie joining Neville and Q-Base briefly as Namibia reacts to the Regional Council & Local Authority election the previous day. He emphasizes that we should celebrate the fact that a diverse mix of individuals, truly representative of the racial and tribal demographic in Namibia, came together to vote in harmony, with minimal fuss. We do a quick COVID-19 update after our guest leaves, with Namibia seemingly having the pandemic under control. Then its back to, yes you guessed it, Elections.

The crew prepares for election day with a brief chat on the COVID-19 situation and what the foreseeable future could look like. The highlight of the show is undoubtedly retired Brave Warriors goalkeeper Ronny Kanalelo joining us in studio to chat about life post-football, and his keen interest in crypto-currency.
