In this episode I talk about what a Really Ridiculous Goal is and why it's important to have them. I'll tell you one of my Really Ridiculous Goals and why I made it. Finally, I'll let you in on my upcoming Future Friday's segments.

As a child Judy was diagnosed with dyslexia and Grand Mal and Petit Mal Seizure disorders. Her parents were told "she's never going to read or write properly" and advised that they send her to live at the State of New York Epilepsy Institute. Instead, her mother kept her home and home-schooled her. Judy went on to become a nurse, earned 2 masters degrees, and is now a Master Health and Life Coach. She is CEO of JS Heart n' Soul Health and Life Coaching and is founding a non-profit called Triune Restoration Ministries.
