Sean "Buck" Rogers is the man behind the FNG Academy on YouTube. He's a former Green Beret who is helping others prepare for their attempt at making it into the worlds most elite organization, US Army Special Forces.

From my perspective though, he is a man who's had to overcome childhood adversity and the internal demons that accompany that to get where he is now. To me it means he's doing more than just inheriting his manhood, he's earning it.

Sometimes we have to make judgement calls. Sometimes we have time to prepare, sometimes we don't. Sometimes we're the most experienced person for the job, sometimes we aren't. Either way, someone will have to make the decisions. 

You asked some great questions. I did my best to answer them.

A Coward is, “A person who lacks the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things.”

We all fail. If you are someone who hasn't experienced failure then I would say you haven't gone after things that were great enough.

What you'll learn from Aaron is that what it takes to make it in the world of Air Force Special Warfare isn't Hollywood. It takes mental fortitude, a willingness to learn, to evolve, and a desire to check your ego and focus on giving more to the team than you knew you had.
