What does it even mean to "man up"? I think we all know it means to be tough in times of difficulty, however, what more could it mean? How about we break it down in a practical way.

This one is based on the book, and movie, named "Legends of the Fall". It's a quick listen, however, one I hope gives you a different perspective on an old film.

There are seasons to life. Comparing them to the actual seasons of weather can give us a perspective to the ever changing ways of life.

My guest today is many things. He is a husband, a father and a leader of young men and women in the Air Force. Mike Senigo has served his country as an aerial gunner on helicopters, as well as fostering children in need and even volunteering on civilian rescue teams.

If you're a young man who is looking for lessons on grit, service to others or leadership then I cannot recommenced this episode enough.

I came across Brett Rivero on Instagram, via another person we both were linked to. The fact that he was into yoga, something I am becoming more curious about by the day, made me look into him.

Whether you're already into yoga or looking at it as someone who is curious to know more, this one is for you. Brett does a great job of talking about struggle, via life and yoga, and how both matter in this pursuit of becoming a better man.

Keith Dow is one of the two men behind Dead Reckoning Collective, a veteran owned publishing company. Keith is a New Englander who has enjoyed time in the hardcore music scene, as well as time served in the US Army. 

The work that DRC is doing matters. Not only are they giving a platform for veterans to publish, they're exposing the civilian world to a different perspective of who veterans are and what they're capable of, in the literary world.
