Too many times men think they aren't creative. They think it's just something artists or musicians are. I don't subscribe to that theory; I believe every man is creative and needs to implement his own methods of expressing it.

With the election upon us, I felt compelled to speak on the subject. My intent is to speak about what matters to me, our response, as a nation. 

Compose yourself and communicate with respect.

My guest today is a man of many titles. His name is Leo Jenkins and he is someone who I believe is making an impact in a variety of ways. From writing, traveling and serving his country to a myriad of other ventures, Leo is choosing to pursue manhood and life in his own way. It was an absolute honor to have him on as a guest.

I asked for questions, you delivered. So now I am answering them for you and hoping they help.

Sometimes we feel like our personal lives are a wreck and we can't get a grip on them. What if we look at them, technically, as if it is a piece of equipment in need of repair?

I was asked a question about which job to do in the military. The question came in from a current senior in high school and he wanted to know which job is the best to do to feel like you served. This is my answer.

We've all heard the saying "Crawl, Walk, Run" however, in many areas of our life we try to do an all out sprint.

Dan "Hollywood" Haynes is a musician, a man, a veteran, and a friend. I had the honor of flying with Danny for four years while serving in the Connecticut Air National Guard, before I moved bases and he transitioned into the civilian world to pursue his career in music on a full-time basis. You may know him as a music producer for Witt Lowry, I know him as a quality man and one helluva loadmaster. Enjoy!

One of the toughest lessons I've ever learned is how to accept leadership, even when it is less than stellar. Some of the best lessons we can ever learn in how to lead is to learn how we shouldn't lead.
