Ever wonder what your Dreams are trying to tell you? Do you realize your Dreams are essential for self-discovery? To kick off your New Year, New Me, join Sarah Janes and me on Wednesday, January 4th, from 10 - 11 A.M. Central Time U.S. Our conversation is about her remarkable life journey and her latest book, Initiation into Dream Mysteries.
Sarah has been an enthusiastic lucid dreamer since childhood. She is a writer, public speaker, and sleep hypnosis workshop facilitator. Sarah runs Explorers Egyptology, an online lecture series, and with Carl Hayden Smith, operates The Seventh Ray, a virtual reality Mystery School. She also produces and co-hosts the Anthony Peake Consciousness Hour podcast. Sarah is currently working with Rupert Sheldrake and The British Pilgrimage Trust to reinvigorate the practice of dream incubation at sacred sites. She lives in the U.K.
In Initiation into Dream Mysteries, Sarah explores the evolution of imagination, memory, and consciousness throughout the ages. She explains how a conscious dream life is essential for self-discovery, deep integration, and healing. She proposes that dreams have been fundamental in creating and developing cultures. Dreams play an important role in ancestor worship, afterlife beliefs, animism, religion, and wisdom traditions.
Sarah presents exercises, techniques, initiations, and seven guided audio meditations to help us explore the inner depths of our psyche. She reveals how dreams offer us an opportunity to remember and directly experience our divinity, transcend the limitations of our mortality and enter timeless imaginal realms. These realms, accessible through dreams, can help us to form a better understanding of who we are so that we can make better, more aware decisions in our waking life.
