  • Starting Over with a Home Studio in a New Town with Kim Casinelli

Welcome back to season 3!! We opening up this season with a story that I think many of our listeners will relate to...the home studio!

Kim's entrepreneurial journey is similar to many boutique fitness studio owners out there. She had the bustling studio, the recession forced a down-sizing, then a job relocation had her in a brand new town starting completely over. Throw on top of that everything had to be put on hold while she walked with her son through the recovery of a traumatic accident.

I hope you'll take a listen and feel encouraged by Kim's story of perseverance! And remember, your home studio IS a real studio. :)

Please welcome to the podcast today Lauren Childs owner of Ebb and Flow Movement Studio in Charlotte, NC!

Lauren got real with us today and on the pod and I couldn't be happier with the way this episode turned out. Her story I am sure is very similar to many of us out there. And then, while right in the beginning phases of her opening her dream studio - tragedy struck.
