Mike Myhre is one of the most talented young creators in vancouver, and I was happy with the chance to be able to talk to Mike about his comix, interests and influences. I highly recommend to checking out Space Jet as soon as possible, you will not be dissapointed.

Don and I interviewed Neal Adams, artist of the ground breaking Green Lantern/Green Arrow series, and also the man that made batman dark and interesting. Neal has a long time history of commitment to creators rights at time when creators rights weren’t an option. The quality of recording on this episode isn’t the greatest, but Neal is a hell of a talker.

Its a round table discussion on Comic artists doing album covers. The question that we have, is why do awesome artist to covers for crappy bands. We are joined on this episode, by Luke Meat, the music director of CITR.  Luke shares his expertise of musica trivia with us, to highlight some of the history of comic artist and album covers.

On the 23rd of Feb, Colin and I were delighted to be able to do an interview by phone with Bob Fingerman. Bob is the creator behind the some great funny books, Such as Beg the Question published by fantagraphics, You Deserved It and Zombie World both published by Dark Horse.

Inlight of the of the ongoing controversy arising from the publishing of carictatures of the Muslim prophet, Muhammed, Colin and I discussed some of the impact of the carictatures and some of the contributing factors of social conflict. It is one of our more serious shows, and both of us are very proud of it.

In recognition of the latest issue of Cinema Sewer, we were joined by Robin Bougie discuss the Women in Prison Cinema Sewer. Robin, Colin and I chated about porn, movies, comix and more porn.

I was joined for an hour, by the Radar Friends- Colleen MacIsaac, Jordyn Bochon, and Kim Hoang. We discuss their series of fantastic mini-comix and how they got into comix in the first place.

Colin and I had an hour long discussion on the history of mini-comix and how he got into them. Colin is known for being Vancouvers active historian of mini-comix.

To commerate the release of Ivan Brunetti’s new issue of Schizo, Colin and I talked about Ivan’s work and an observation of his unique brand of humor.
