In a world of constant doing and going, taking a pause can prove to be rather challenging. In this episode of the Inner Outer World Podcast, Raye taps into his own core values (as discussed in Episode 10) to recognize when taking a pause is needed. Recognizing that core values serve as an inner compass to navigate our outer worlds, Raye walks the walk, embraces his own words, and seeks to model what those words really mean to him.

Curiosity opens these channels up for us to continue digging deeper within ourselves to have our inner worlds drive and affect our outer worlds. Practicing curiosity with ourselves allows us to learn from ourselves and gain a deeper sense of self-awareness. In this episode, Raye delves into this idea by contrasting judgement and curiosity, providing a framework for understanding two types of curiosity, and exploring the potential and power of curiosity.
Negative self-talk in the form of judgement cycles can be extremely debilitating. Getting out of such cycles can be even more challenging, so in this episode, Raye shares a 4-step process from awareness to reprogramming to escape our judgement cycles and build healthier, more positive self-talk.

This episode dives into different types of progress and how intangible accomplishments and progress can, perhaps, be more important than tangible ones.
