Speaker, author and consultant  Chris Edmonds and WorqIQ President Mark Babbitt say what's behind today's struggle to find workers isn't a labor shortage, but a respect shortage. The pair recently authored a book called "Good Comes First: How today's leaders create an uncompromising company culture that doesn't suck." Diversity. We talk about it a lot these days, right? According to Martin G.
