In this episode, Amanda address the insecurties women face during sex. She discusses the amount of sociatal conditioning that women undergo when it comes to how they are supposed to enjoy sex, how they are supposed to look during sex, even the noises they are supposed to make in order to show their partners they are enjoying the experience. All of this conditioning causes women to have disruptive or intrusive thoughts that pull them out on the moment and make them feel insecure as fuck.
