Kim and Fulyana explore with David the options available to executives and organisations when seeking to find and utilise “organisational culture”.

Kim and Fulyana continue their discussion with Matt Wenberg about his progression through the “ranks” from apprentice aircraft mechanic to his current MBA studies. This week we also hear about the effect of his completion of the Kokoda Trail and how he has used that experience to keep himself motivated.

This week Kim and Fulyana are joined by Matt Wenberg who talks very openly about his passion for aviation and the career choices he had when starting out. We hear how his career developed and moved from apprentice to MBA and when he felt it was opportune for a university degree to complement his practical experience and knowledge.
