Peggy and Frank discuss the Taskforce on Telehealth Policy—convened by NCQA, the Alliance for Connected Care and the American Telemedicine Association—which is leading the effort to develop recommendations for maximizing telehealth’s benefits while maintaining high standards for access, efficacy, quality, patient safety and program integrity. They also examine telehealth policy and the integration of remote care into the health care ecosystem.
