Colts chances to go to playoffs died last night as the Colts turned it over twice. Mistakes will define the brief Matt Ryan era in Indy because dynamic plays are no longer physically possible. A defense that had trouble stopping mediocres like Kenny Pickett and Benny Snell didn't help.

Pacers got a win against the Lakers on a buzzer beating three-pointer but Andrew Nebhard, which means the majority of Indiana sports fans chose the wrong team to lose sleep watching!

Matt Ryan played one magnificent quarter and three that were inglorious in the Colts 24-17 loss to the Steelers - a team with mediocrity issues of their own at quarterback.

Overcoming a 2-0 turnover disadvantage was too much for a team as non-dynamic as the Colts.

Playoff hopes dropped from slim to none tonight with five games left in the season.

Colts must win tonight because they should. Not enough games where Colts should be favored for them to squander this one. Matt Ryan is due for a great night in the red zones, and he needs to get seven instead of settling for three. Steelers defensive line is stout - Colts need to match their excellence up front.

Steelers pass defense terrible, while run defense is solid - Matt Ryan needs to exploit it. Colts defense needs to rattle Pickett's fence!

Indiana lost the Bucket Game and season. As Wisconsin hires Fickell and Nebraska hires Rhule - can IU compete?

Hoosiers played their last bad opponent for a few weeks, and made the most of it. Trayce Jackson-Davis started, but was obviously stiff. Youngsters came with great energy again!

Colts are back in the hunt with a win against the Steelers and losses by the Jets, Chargers, and Bengals!

Indiana Basketball with a matinee against Jackson State! Trayce Jackson-Davis should sit. No point in screwing up his back in a game the walk-ons could win. (no offense to the walk-ons!)

Pacers host the Brooklyn Frauds tonight at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. If selfishness won basketball games, the Nets would be 19-0!

Purdue and Butler play late tonight - Boilers against Gonzaga (11:30p), and Bulldogs against NC State (10p)!

Happy Thanksgiving! Colts cooking during a walk-through today with Matty Ice as a succulent turkey! Rest of the offense needs to give him the time and care to be his most delicious!

Chris Ballard will not deal for Zach Wilson for a variety of reasons!

Mike Woodson should have allowed the kids to continue to roll last night, but he plopped the starters back in and almost gave away a 15-pont lead!

Pacers lost, and need to deal Myles Turner immediately - how long can his stellar play last?

Butler gets lost in Atlantis!

Jeff Saturday wants Bernhard Raimann and Will Fries to develop! Matt Ryan would like Rainmann to hasten that process with TJ Watt and Micah Parsons intent on separating him from the ball the next two games.

Indiana hosts Little Rock tonight, and I feel so confident in the Hoosiers, I am giving 40 instead of 30!

Pacers try to extend their five-game winning streak against Minnesota, a team sporting their own four-game winning streak.

Butler plays Tennessee in the Battle 4 Atlantis at 7:30p!

All this and somehow I still found time to malign women from Pittsburgh AND Tom Crean!

Stephon Gilmore, Grover Stewart, DeForest Buckner, and Bobby Okereke are ballin' - they are the reason the Colts could get hot for Jeff Saturday and make a playoff push! If they are going to find a way into the postseason, a win against the Steelers is a must!

Aaron Rodgers is not the answer for the Colts anymore than Matt Ryan has been so far this year.

Hoosiers play on of the worst defenses in college basketball tonight. If IU doesn't score 110, it will be because they aren't trying.

Pacers tonight against another hot team - the Minnesota T-wolves - tonight at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Ohio State hockey player proves we still have a lot of work to do as human beings.
