IL's Chris Rosenthall and Kevin Brown catch up to recap the Week 4 action from Minnesota, provide a status update on the Atlas, note why Redwoods and Chaos fans should be worried and talk about Bill Tierney's first win as the Waterdogs' head coach. Then, the two go over the interesting choices in filling out the All-Star Game ballots before setting the stage for the clash of the top two overall picks and Boston's homecoming weekend in Week 5.

There is no disputing that this is an unprecedented moment in the history of college athletics. Given how important college lacrosse is to the sport more broadly (and specifically Division I men's lacrosse), understanding the future of college sports — in an incredibly uncertain time — is exceptionally important. To try to understand better, IL CEO Terry Foy brings on Extra Points' Matt Brown to discuss what's next for college sports and how it could affect college lacrosse.

Back together for the first time in a long time, IL's Terry Foy and Matt Kinnear recap the last month of coaching news, from Jon Torpey taking the Brown job, John Crawley taking over High Point, Jake Richard and Charlie Hayes getting promoted at Marquette and Detroit Mercy, respectively, and Michael Sciamanna getting the Merrimack job.

An incredibly dense 80 minutes starts by discussing the standouts from Maverik Showtime, which — if history is any indicator — will have an outsized impact on informing the market for players on Sept. 1 (and, by extension, IL's Class of 2026 rankings). What a year in college lacrosse! We felt back in January that the 2024 season would be special, and it definitely delivered. The D-Fly and Dixie Podcast presented by Simplicity Group recaps Championship Weekend in Philadelphia, looks at USILA post-season awards and ties up some other loose ends. Dixie also makes his Tewaaraton Award prediction.
