Fans of the iconic Hee Haw television series might remember regular cast member LuLu Roman, where she helped create some of the show's most popular characters.  She recently reunited with many of her former cast mates to produce a new special "Salute To The Kornfield," airing now on R.F.D.  Kelly Lynn caught up with LuLu to talk about how she is tackling the toughest roles in her life.

Most poeple like to just sit back and enjoy listening to music on the radio or their iPod, but they don't have a full appreciation for what goes into creating those songs.  At Inside Music Row, we talk with some of the hottest songwriters around to really find out what the tracks are all about.  We had a chance to sit down with Casey Beathard as he shares some stories from his biggest hits.

Buddy Jewell has come a long way musically since his days on Nashville Star.  We had an opportunity to chat with Buddy about what he's got going on, and what his fans can expect to see.  

As one of Nashville's top songwriters, Casy Beathard is still going strong, having written countless hits for many of today's top artists.  We stopped in at the Song A-T-V studio to chat with him a bit about how he became a songwriter after growing up in a sports-themed household.

After six years as a recording artist, Jake Owen has finally figured it out.  "Barefoot Blue Jean Night" became his very first number one hit, and that's a special event he will remember for the rest of his life.  Kelly Lynn caught up with Jake and the writers of that hit song at the CMA headquarters down on Music Row to hear all about it.  

We begin another addition of Inside Music Row with the mention of Toby Keith and his signature Wild Shot Mezcal.  Billy Currington is also discussed as he is set to kick off 2012 in the right direction with his first headlining tour..  David Nail and Kip Moore are scheduled to hit the road with him.  The popular CMA Songwriters Series is mentioned as it is expanding across the pond to the U-K and Ireland next month.  Also, the Christmas For Kids organization expands, giving more children than ever a wonderful holiday blessing, a new fundraising event has been created in addition to the holdiay concert from Charlie Daniels.  The Roys and Tennessee Titan kicker Rob Bironas are co-hosting the first ever Christmas For Kids Celebrity Golf Rournament, which will kick off at the Pine Creek Golf Course in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.  We also mention the 17th annual Key West Songwriters Festival as it is slated for May 2nd through the 6th, and will again feature over a hundred top-tier performing songwriters.  Finally, we go Inside The Song with Ira Dean and his song "Something About A Sunday."

Every once iin a while, two artist come together unexpectedly to create wonderful music together.  Allen Karl and Donna Cunninghma have their own solo country careers, however, they knew that together...they could make an incredible gospel project.  We caught up with Allen and Donna in the studio here in Nashville to hear all about "Jesus Heard Every Word."

Nashville's 'Rhinestone Rembrandt' Manuel Cuevas Martinez has designed extraordinary outfits for many different people, including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Madonna, Elvis Presley, plus presidents, athletes, movie stars, and most country artists.  Now, the honor of a namesake rose is bestowed upon Manuel as one of Nashville's treasures.  Kelly Lynn caught up with him at his studio right here in town. 

Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is a legendary nightspot here in Nashville, where just about every major artist has performed at least a time or two.  The intimate venue became the unofficial green room for the Opry stars when the Grand Ole Opry was just a few steps away at the historic Ryman Auditorium.  We headed out to the streets of Lower Broadway to celebrate 51 years of incredible music and memories.
