The Reunion of Professional Entertainers holds an annual awards dinner each year, and invite a top artist to perform as the headlining act.  This year, Rhonda Vincent and The Rage brought their show to the 24th annual ROPE Awards and Banquet, honoring some of Nashville's finest in all aspects of the entertainment industry.

We start the show with Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles as she is helping to raise awareness of the Nasvhille-based Shalom Foundation.  Jennifer's third trip to Guatemala is discussed.  Vince Gill is also in the news as he has been named Grand Marshal for the Nasvhille Christmas Parade.  The parade's theme this year is "Christmas Around The World."  Colt Ford is also discussed as he is launching a new line of Goodtime liquor.  The Georgia recipe makes very traditional products from scratch in a local distillery.  Goodtime Moonshine and Goodtime Vodka will soon be available nationwide.  Bridgette Tatum has partnered up with The Lano Company to bring a limited edition and unique light up lip gloss to market - "Hillbilly Rockstar."  Joey and Rory are planning to take their Farmhouse Chrismas Tour on the road with their new "A Farmhouse Christmas" album.  The 12-date holiday tour kicks off November 25th in Joey's hometown area of Anderson, Indiana.  Finally we go Inside The Song with Flynnville Train and their hit "Tip A Can."

The Americana Music Festival just wouldn't be complete without a global music experience.  The annual AMA Festival and Conference added last year the inaugural "Aussie invasion," which showcased many international performers.  This year, they've taken it a step further with "Sounds Australia" to promote country music around the world.  We caught up with a few of the artists to talk about how music unites us.

As one of Billboard Magazine's Hot Country  Producers for 2010, Michael Knox is certainly living up to expectations.  He is now one of the most in-demand producers in town with current charting singles from Trace Adkins, Montgomery Gentry, and Jason Aldean.  He's even nominated for his first CMA Award this week for his work on Jason's fourth disc "My Kind of Party."  Kelly Lynn caught up with Michael to talk about his work on the other side of the studio.

When it comes to industry honors for artists and musicians, one at the top of the list would have to be induction into the Grand Ole Opry.  When the most-awarded group of the last decade took the Opry stage in September, they had no idea that Vince Gill would invite them into the hallowed institution.  The guys of Rascal Flatts were super excited, and we caught up with them at their formal induction during the Opry's birthday bash.

We begin the show with news of Carrie Underwood and her recent volunteer work with her Checotah Animal, Town, and School Foundation (C.A.T.S.) and KaBoom!  The two non-profit organizations teamed up to help improve an elementary school in Oklahoma.  We also discuss the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame as Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, and Taylor Swift were some of whom where recently honored.  Justin Moore is the next topic as he recently teamed up with NASCAR driver Carl Edwards in his latest music video "Bait A Hook."  The International Festival of Country Music is back!  The tour starts in London with Reba McEntite, Ticky Skaggs, Lonestar, Little Big Town, and many more incredible artists.  Bailey talks about the tour and its start on February 26th at Wembley Arena.  The tour will then travel to Belfast, Zurich, and Germany.  We wrap up the news segment with Randy Houser as we go Inside The Song.

Stuart Dill has a very unique perspective on the music business after spending the last twenty-six years as a personal manager.  Now he's taken that experience, along with plenty of imagination, and turned it into his first fiction novel "Murder On Music Row."  Kelly Lynn caught up with Stuart at a book launch party to celebrate the book's release.

Compassion International is the world's largest Christian charity that cares for poverty-stricken children.  Long associated with the Christian music industry, the group is now embracing country music in its quest to bring awareness to these kids around the world.  We had a chance to catch up with a few of the artisits who have made the trip to other countries to see firsthand how people can completely change the lives of children in other countries.

Eight years to the day after his first single claimed the nuber one spot on the charts, Dierks Bentley celebrated his eightth number one single for "Am I The Only One."  He was joined by songwriters Jim Beavers and Jon Randall at Nashville nightspot Loser's to celebrate the success of the first single from his sixth Capitol Nashville project.

In this weeks news segment we start off with Blake Shelton and discuss his "Well Lit and Amplified Tour 2012" scheduled to begin in January.  Kenny Roger is also mentioned as he celebrates the 30th anniversary of his "Christmas and Hits Tour."  Special guest Billy Dean is will join him on the tour, which kicks off November 25th in Ohio.  David Nail is up next as he releases his sophomore album "The Sound of a Million Dreams" and its single "Let it Rain."  Trace Adkins is also mentioned as he is scheduled to play a truck driver in the upcoming film "The Healer."  Also, the nation's Library of Congress will again host the CMA Songwriters Series with Clint Black, Patty Loveless, Time Nichols, and Bob DiPiero.  Finally we go inside the song with Jerrod Niemann's "One More Drinkin Song."
