When our nation's military serve on active duty, oftentimes their other dreams and ambitions get put on hold while they give their all to our country. 'Operation: Sound Off!' was created to provide music recording and performing opportunities to our active duty military and veterans alike. OSO was formed by Robert Reynolds and Scotty Huff...two longtime Nashville musicians...to help our heroes live out their dreams, telling their stories through music.
The Cleverlys are a family bluegrass group that hails from their farm in Arkansas, where they raised crops as well as tobacco. These days they are taking their routine on the road, putting a lot of comedy in their show and covering hits from Black Eye Peas, Katy Perry, and Beyonce...but with a bluegrass twist. Kelly Lynn caught up with them at a recent show at Nashville's Station Inn.

Jagermeister is well-known on college campuses across America, and now the brand has expanded their music division, which includes an annual country tour. After highly successful runs in 2009 and 2010, this year’s tour will feature Dierks Bentley, along with Josh Thompson and new duo Miss Willie Brown. Hosted by country star Luke Bryan, the ‘Keep The Music Playing’ All Stars Concert was
held at Nashville’s newly reopened Schermerhorn Symphony Center. This show honors
the best elementary, middle and high school music programs in Metro Nashville Public
Schools. ‘Keep The Music Playing’ was created by the Country Music Association to
help keep music in public schools, and is funded by half of the proceeds from each year’s
CMA Music Festival.
We last caught up with Lee Brice as he was celebrating the success of his monster
hit ‘Love Like Crazy.’ He’s still riding that new wave of popularity and now co-
headlining a new tour with his buddy Jerrod Niemann hitting college markets around
the country on the ‘Higher Education Tour.’
