How great is it to see Aaron Judge back in The Yankees lineup?? Even crazier is that with Jazz getting hurt, Anthony Volpe is back in the lineup and now playing 2nd.

Let's talk about the impact of having Judge back in the lineup means and let's chat about what Volpe has done since making his return. Both have been positives for our beloved Yankees.

I'll also get into the game between The Yanks and Mets on 9/11, which in my opinion should be an annual thing. I'll talk about the ceremony before the game and the game itself.

The title pretty much says it all. They need to just keep winning games and hope that Tampa goes on a mini losing streak or a prolonged losing streak, either is fine.

Let's talk about Grisham going to the I.L. and "The Martian" getting called back up. Plus I'm pretty sure that we're on the brink of getting Judge back in the lineup.

Had to hop in the studio and get some things off my chest about the "catch" or in this case "no catch". Allow me to speak directly to the Red Sox fans that claim that this one play cost them the game. Let's address the lack of offense from Boston. Let's address the fact that Boston gave up on the game. See, none of that is actually being talked about by anyone. They're concerned with the umps ruling and it being upheld by the review. I'll also talk about the lack of professionalism by the Red Sox broadcaster that said that Jazz is busch league and that the Sox should send a message and drill Austin Wells with a pitch.

There are 27 outs for both teams in every game and you have to play them all out.

I'm trying really hard to not get ahead of myself but are The Yankees actually better that we've given them credit for, for most of the season? It's been frustrating, yes, but all things considered and with Judge and Stanton (done for the season) not being in the lineup for a huge portion of this year, they have the 2nd best record in the AL.

Yes, the offense hasn't been what we hoped for. But the pitching is stellar, the bullpen is insane, and the offense has given them enough production to win games. They currently have 74 wins. Sure, it hasn't been ideal and key guys haven't stepped up like we hoped, but they've still managed to win more ball games than you would think....especially with the way we ALL talk about them. Don't get it twisted, I'm not happy with the production we've seen at the plate but winning is winning.

Let's talk about it. They just swept Baltimore and took 2 out of 3 against Toronto. Plus they won the season series against The Blue Jays.

Saw a quote that said that the Yanks won't win a World Series because their defense is bad. That's only partially true. However, the team's defense isn't the issue or the reason they won't win a WS. The defense has actually been pretty good as of late minus a hiccup here and there. The team's issue is poor preparation and poor fundamentals. I talk about it in the episode so that's as far as I'll take it in the description.

The lack of being able to pivot as a team is frustrating. Their lack of offense is frustrating. The lack of urgency is frustrating. Their terrible coaching is frustrating. Their lack of fundamentals is frustrating. Minus a few guys on the team, they're just frustrating!

Trade deadline is almost here and there really doesn't seem to be much to be hopeful about. Skubal went to L.A. and I talk about that. It's crazy to hear what the ask was from Detroit when they were talking to The Yanks. Especially when you see what they got from L.A. - Yes, I talk about that in the episode too.
