For the past year, I’ve had the urge to create a space where I can share my ideas, dive into topics that interest me, and challenge myself to think more deeply. This podcast is centered around health and fitness, though I’ll also touch on other subjects along the way. My goal is to keep growing and improving this show so that it becomes the best experience possible for you, the listener.
Over time, I plan to bring on guests for interviews and conversations that explore health, fitness, motivation, discipline, passion, dedication, and mental health—and how all of these connect to the challenges we face in our lives.
