Beyond her work in music education, Amy is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Life Coach. With a background in psychology and nutrition, she empowers women to make realistic lifestyle changes that promote a healthy relationship with food, self, and others. Her approach combines stress management with practical nutrition strategies, helping clients achieve sustainable health goals.

When she's not coaching or leading music classes, Amy is rocking the stage as the lead singer of the local cover band EMBRACE, performing at weddings, bars, and community events across Southern Ontario. She's also a proud member of a dance group that promotes female empowerment, body confidence, and self-expression through sensual movement. Always eager to challenge herself, Amy holds a yellow belt in Wado-Kai karate and enjoys practicing yoga and staying active.
