Gold has been on this earth since the beginning of time. Investing in gold presents many advantages when you look at the U.S economy. I discussed how gold provides portfolio diversification and a hedge against the US dollar.
I also described how it's a hedge against inflation. Other topics were how gold has been able to store it's value during times of geopolitical and financial uncertainty. So my biggest question I leave you with is what assets do you currently have in your portfolio that hedge against the US dollar? Please leave a review, rate, and subscribe to this podcast. Thank you!

In this 35th episode, I discussed the value of this new alternative asset class. Trading in the sports card industry has seen significant growth within the pass year. There were many cards in 2020 that sold for over a million dollars and even one that sold for $5.2 million in 2021.
This industry still has the potential of growing for years to come. I spoke on the reasons why you should invest in sports cards and the different buying strategies.
This episode detailed the perspective of finding the value of your card collection and understanding what affects the card value. Lastly, I provided platforms you can start using now to invest and trade your first sports card.

Those were selling informational products, affiliate marketing, flipping retail products online, and receiving dividends from stocks. I also briefly went over the advantages of passive income compared to earned or portfolio income.

In this 33rd episode, I went further into the remaining components of the stimulus package. Some of topics included funding for the transportation industry, rental assistance, child care sector, and support for small banks that serve low-income and minority communities.
The stimulus package is going in the right direction, however much of these industries will still need additional funding as 2021 rolls along. Please leave a review and rate this podcast, also support my Patreon page. Thank you!

Welcome to another year everyone, 2021! Throughout this episode, I went over a breakdown of the stimulus package that was passed in December of 2020. It will have many implications for everyone throughout 2021. Some of those changes were direct payments and unemployment benefits.
Most of the cost of the stimulus bill went to assisting small businesses in the amount of $325 billion. The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) will provide funding for small business owners that have been affected by Covid 19.
Lastly, $82 billion of the stimulus will be provided for universities and K-12 schools. Which will help with remote learning and create opportunities towards low-income families seeking higher education. Leave a review and rate this podcast. Also support my Patreon page. Thank you!
