Merry Chrstmas and Happy Holidays everyone!

I recorded this podcast several weeks ago during a particulary emotional moment. I tried a new audio recording method and things got a little...echohy. I debated over the past few weeks about posting it and re-recording it since I want to deliver the highest quality content I can.

But this episdde is different. I feel in my heart that I need to put this message out there and that someone may need to hear it. I also know that I won't be able to capture the same emotions and rawness as the first time I did it, so here it is in it's real and authentic form. 

Let's move in to 2025 strong and refreshed. This next year I am challengning myself to put out a podcast each week even if it's just audio. I have so much on my heart that I want to share and so many others that have stories to tell as well. So let's grow together in 2025. I love you all!

It’s been almost two and a half years since our last episode, but Insights Into A Soul is finally back! Life has brought a lot of changes, and with a fresh direction ahead, now feels like the perfect time to return. I’m thrilled to reconnect with you, share updates on my new path, and reveal where we’re heading with the podcast.

I’m also excited to introduce a new project: The Recalibrate Podcast. In this upcoming series, I’ll be sitting down with creatives, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and other inspiring individuals for open conversations. I recorded this episode a few weeks ago and never posted it for some reason. Not that it was a tough episode to record or any negative reasons, I guess the time just didn't feel right. I think it's finally time to post it for whatever reason there may be.

In this episode I dive in to divorce, my journey thus far and relationships as a whole. I am very fortunate that I have a good relationship with my ex and that my separation and divorce has gone so well, I know not everyone has had that experience. But sometimes we need to let things go for them to grow and also for ourselves so that we can find our way.

Happy New Year! We are in to 2021 and it's time to make resolutions that we will break in a couple weeks. This year, let's not make resolutions, let's not just go back to normal. Let's make real life changes and make a new normal. Let's not look for the reset button, but take all of the pain and experiences that we have had and apply them to our life moving forward.
