In season two, episode two.  Jennifer McDonald of Creative Spark (@jenniferwatt21 / @CreativeSparkTA on twitter) had a morning meeting with me to discuss the charity based in East Dunbartonshire.  As an organisation that relies heavily on participation.  Jen and I discuss  Youth and adult classes and what the new normal will be like for the organisation going forward.
