If you don’t know who your target market is, how can you help them? You also have to market your product or service to where they people you are looking for are. I would not market to teenagers at JC Penny. Know where the people are you want to reach. Also, if you are unsure about doing something, hire someone to do it for you. You can use a service like FIVRR to hire people to do jobs for you that you don’t want to do or can’t do well.
