Sandy is a yogi, gypsy, entrepreneur, solo mama and Presidential Marketing Director with The Juice Plus Company.

 

Sandy's journey into mindfulness & awareness began while backpacking overseas for most of her 20’s. In 2006 she officially began her yoga journey, studying and living at Yasodhara Ashram. It has become a lifelong practice for her ever since. She went on to study Radiant Child, Prenatal and Yin Yoga. Owned a yoga studio for a few years and had a yoga for schools company.  At this time she also started a successful Juice Plus business that she loves and is her full time passion to this day.

 

Her yoga journey also continued becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (Level 1, 3 and in the process of completing Level 2). Through life experience, deep inner reflection, personal growth and parenting she has gained many tools to help navigate life with a little less suffering and a lot more grace ... this is what she loves to share with others.
