In this episode I am joined by the wonderful Kelly Vikings and her partner Martin Miller. This episode was recorded during IW month and it was important for me to have a male guest on the show. I couldn’t think of any better pair than Martin and Kelly, because I’ve seen, having worked for them myself, how supportive he is of her work and what a huge influence that has on us as women.

During this discussion we cover so much great stuff including what changes need to be made to ensure men and women are treated equally, how we need to take responsibility, as a man and a women to be the change we want to see and ultimately the importance of being that role model for the younger generation of boys and girls.
