  • 51 Healing yourself with Lucy Power

    Lucy is a Conscious Success Coach, Professionally Certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and extensively trained and experienced in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.

    Lucy is passionate about helping people to access all they truly are, recognising, understanding and resolving the ways they learned to ‘do as they were told’.
 Eric Berne, the father of Transactional Analysis said ‘we are born princes and the civilising process makes us frogs’. Lucy helps you to recognise the froggy parts so you can return to being the royalty you were born to be!

    We had a great discussion in this episode about all things healing, the importance of investing in yourself and the importance of connecting with yourself.

    In this episode you will discover;

    • Why we have the perfectionist within us and how it affects our business
    • Why looking after yourself is not selfish
    • How generations or belief still impacts us today often unconsciously
    • More about Lucy's story and how she is now supporting others to heal
