We tried something a bit different this week and hosted today's episode during our virtual meet up
As I gave advice to a good friend of mine this week about being a mother, it made me reflect on what is important when becoming a mother but it can also apply when running a business. In life and business we are so hard on ourselves. We put pressure on to be and do the best at everything. But the truth is we learn as we go along sometimes and there are no written rules of how to do it, every child (and business) is so different.
There is sometimes so much information out there it can be overwhelming. But you must remember what's important and how to stay focused
Listen to this weeks episode where i give my advice on this topic and hear what the other lovely ladies thoughts are on this

In this episode I speak our North E Wales & Chester leader of Inspire and Connect Beverley Futia and we discuss the transition of working the 9-5 to becoming an entrepreneur. We speak about how the corporate world can often create self-limiting beliefs for us when we are competing with others and working towards targets.
We are usually surrounded by family and friends that have always been in the corporate world and have only known that. Things are changing and we don’t all want to be in a job for 25 year or until we retire but instead so many of us see the value in continuing to learn, retrain and do what you want and that makes you happy.
