    Anne Marie is a spiritual teacher and owner of Soul Awakening Academy, where she trains people to become the next generation of Spiritual Life Coaches and Lightworkers. As soon as the lovely Alison Goodwin connected us together, I knew Anne Marie was my kind of woman. Anne Marie helps people to become their true selves and teach them to peel back the layers.

    Claire Jones from Salon 23 in St Helens is on the podcast in this episode and what an amazing episode it is. She shares with us her story of having a breakdown to now running her award-winning salon promoting self-care and sustainability.

    Claire Jones, a Salon owner, whose mission it is to promote inner beauty and positivity as much as outer beauty. Claire suffered (and sometimes still does) for years of crippling anxiety and low self-esteem but thanks to a great friend, lots of self-help and holistic therapy she has changed my mindset and image of herself and want to help others do the same. Salon 23 also promote sustainability and have just won the Sustainability award for Merseyside.

  • 52 Bring hope and inspiration through art with Harriet Oliver

    In todays episode I am joined by the lovely Harriet Oliver who is an art therapist and runs a wonderful business called Heart Smart Art. Harriet shares her journey of becoming self-employed after being a full time teacher so she could focus on the wellbeing of adults and children through art therapy.

    Harriet is an Art Therapist and Mental Health Professional. She started her own business creating art kits for children to support their mental health and wellbeing when she was unable to see clients during the Coronavirus pandemic. Harriet now has her own studio where she sees clients (both adults and children), when restrictions allow. In response to the Mental Health crisis we currently face, Harriet is also launching a podcast all about finding Hope and Inspiration - Dawn Breaks - due to launch Feb/Mar 21.
