Name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste.

Train your mind to be present in this moment and no other. Once you can master your thoughts you can master your life.

A conscious uncoupling refers to the ability to understand that every irritation and argument within a relationship is a mirror of something we need to work on our heal within ourselves.

In this episode I sit down with Dean, my ex-husband, and we discuss our conscious uncoupling, Saturn returns and closing karmic cycles.

Relationships are an agreement between two souls, a contract signed before you reincarnate. And every single relationship in your life is about learning lessons. 

A marriage is just that, two people coming together to grow and evolve together. When your soul contract is up, and it’s time to go your separate ways, things don’t need to be messy. They don’t need to be painful and no one needs to be hurt.

We hope that by sharing our experience we will inspire others to do the same. Plus we discuss past lives and how our Saturn return has been the catalyst for the end of our marriage.

San Pedro or Wachuma is a plant medicine derived from a cactus originally found in Peru. Plant medicine - while illegal - is increasing in popularity and in this episode I share my own experience after participating in a plant medicine ceremony. What I share is my own experience, everyone has an individual experience, so please take what I say with that in mind. San Pedro and other plant medicines like Ayahuasca help to heal the mind, body & soul. Wachuma means grandfather and this particular medicine focuses on healing your paternal line of trauma.
