Welcome to the final episode of the Love Thy Self with Kass podcast! But don't panic, it's just a rebrand! Inspired By Kass podcast is coming soon.
This podcast hasn't felt fully in alignment for me, for several months at least, so I'm taking this as an opportunity to expand the conversations I hope to have.
Enough about that! In this week's episode I give a brief rundown of what's been happening in my life, most notably the conscious uncoupling I am currently working through with my ex-husband. I will have Dean on the podcast in the coming weeks so we can discuss this further.
The meditation is short and sweet this week, it's a great breathing exercise you can utilise at any moment throughout the day. It's important to take conscious breaths when you can so that you are getting enough oxygen into your body and brain.
