Join Justine on today’s episode as she talks about four things leaders should do in times of uncertainty. As the world continues to navigate uncertain times, a prudent leader will be sure to inform, connect, guide and unite their team. These are essential components—especially early on in the turbulent experience. Leaders who ignore, gloss over, sugar coat or down play the impact large scale uncertainty can play on a team are putting their entire organization at risk. As always, please write a review, like & share this podcast. It is soooo appreciated. Go to inspiredleadershipforher.com and download your FREE workbook the 7Cs of leadership!
Join Justine on today’s episode as she talks about the attitude of gratitude that is so needed in leadership today! “Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you've been given.” ~ Marelisa Fábrega.
Gratitude and vulnerability are foundational traits of leadership today. By flexing your gratitude muscle and becoming a “conscious gratitude practitioner” workplace and organizational issues will be greatly diminished. May you realize that despite our unprecedented circumstances today, we all have much to be grateful for and by verbalizing your gratitude you can change the outlook for your entire team, organization, family, church & workplace.
Happy Thanksgiving! Give thanks freely this year and take stock of all that you have to be grateful for.

In Episode 18 Justine is diving into the subject of collaboration in leadership. What an important topic today!! In years past, a leader was expected to lead by dictating what people did or didn't do and how it was done. Today, collaboration is an essential ingredient for organizational survival.
A collaborative leader is a team player who concentrates on the good of the entire team. She is not led by ego but by the ability to see and tap into the gifts and strengths of each member of the team. Collaborative groups go above and beyond what one person is able to accomplish and in doing so can celebrate the wins (and work through the losses) together!!
Inspired leaders cast visions for their team but also are found in the trenches right alongside their people. Positive collaboration creates positive energy. People are willing to give their best because they feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves. One for all and All for one!!
If you want to be a TRUE inspired leader, mastering the art of collaboration is an absolute must.
Understanding the way people communicate and how they behave is essential to collaboration. All good leaders demonstrate self-control and discipline....and we can’t get a handle on leading other people, until we learn to get a grip on ourselves. The Greek word “egkrateia”—means self - control but literally has the meaning “to get a grip over oneself”. What a great way to express having control over oneself!! Join Justine on today’s episode as she dives deep into the importance of learning to control and ultimately lead yourself through self-discipline. She talks about the challenges we face and how we sabotage our own intentions to get things done along with detailed reasons why consistency and discipline are so important in our leadership positions.
