In our latest episode we hear from Exhibition News Best Newcomer Award winner Marlon Doyley, of CloserStill Media on what he thinks the judges meant when they said he 'just got it'.
We explore Marlon's story to hear how he got into the industry, how he has been encouraged to develop so far while working on The London Vet Show and how event organisers can further help to recruit and nurture bright new talent into the events industry. We also look at a question that cropped up at a recent workshop we delivered for the Dept. for International Trade in the East of England region - "If you had limited resources how, when and why would you choose between technical staff and those who are just great at exhibitions... or would you?".

Wow ... well in a week where we hit Number 1 Bestseller status on Amazon in both the Business Life and Marketing & Sales categories and it all kicked off over ''Booth Babes'' at the Business Show we're reflecting on the last 7 days in the world of Trade Shows.
Plus in our main event we're chatting to Josh Rifkin, CEO of Flatworks Displays based in San Diego.

So he's created a simple, effective and eco-friendly stand design that could be the perfect solution for small and medium sized exhibitors across the world.
