Ep. 24 Disconnecting from the Social Media Comparison Game
Welcome back! I took a week off from podcasting to reset and it was much needed.
In this episode of The INSPIRE Movement podcast, I talk about the toxicity of comparing your journey to another person's success.
I give a couple lessons that I've learned and solutions I've come up with to detach myself from the comparison game.
It's okay to consume yourself with people who inspire you as long as you aren't comparing your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 30.
The audio isn't perfect in this because I was using my airpods instead of my mic, I apologize about that!

Ep. 23 Creating Lasting Relationships
In this episode of The INSPIRE Movement podcast, I talk about the importance of understanding other people and how to meet them where they feel loved.
I talk about my own personal friendships and how I show up differently for each person to ensure they feel loved.
Ep. 22 Prioritzing the Relationship With Yourself
In this episode of The INSPIRE Movement podcast, I talk about how I struggled with being a serial dater. I was in a relationship consistently for 10 years. I talk about how this effected me internally and when I finally decided to be single and work on myself.
I finally realized that finding myself and loving me first was the most important thing I could've ever done for myself. Growth happens with you spend time with yourself.
I discuss the importance of becoming the person you want to attract and also coming to the understanding that some people who come into our lives aren't meant to stay, they come into our realities to teach us lesson with for a season.
Be okay with the outcome and understand that everything has a purpose and divine timing.
Ep. 21 - Having a Mental 6-Pack with Phil McCarthy
On this episode of The INSPIRE Movement podcast I talk with Phil McCarthy who is an entrepreneur, business owner, a top income earner in network marketing, an author, a professional body builder, a personal trainer, and a mental and physical fitness expert!
This was definitely the most non traditional podcast I've had thus far and I loved it! I had a few questions for Phil, but I really just wanted to have a genuine conversation with him about mindset.
In this episode we talk about an array of different things, all based around shifting your mindset to work for you instead of against you, how society teaches us to put bandaids on our wounds instead of going to the source to understand where to pain is coming from. We also talk about how everything is perspective, and you only know what you know. Our thoughts shape our life, our minds, our body and how other people perceive us.
We talk about his story - from drug addiction to rehab, to attempted suicide and how fitness changed his life. In 6 months he went from 105lbs to 180lbs and won 1st place in a competition.
This is also the first time I've been personally coached on a call and received a marriage proposal haha. Tune in!
