You should do what I'm doing right now, using my voice to tell a good story, to challenge people including me to be more humane and thoughtful and brave and bold; and sometimes funny and make mistakes and be very human.

And even if you never record that speech or share it with others it is vital to your personal, professional and often emotional and spiritual development.  This is especially true if you are like our family and many others who have children and grandchildren who have special needs for their social and academic success.

So may I share a story with you of a brave bold, and she finally admits that she just about was too late, in speaking up and having a strong voice for her child.

This is a story we all need to here so please take the 20 minutes for me to tell it to you and perhaps share some challenges with you.

This week we're going to spend some time talking about having a strong voice. Today we need all kinds of men and women who will speak up and be strong... You need to have a strong voice and one of the ways you do that is to start by looking at your own story and telling your story and sharing your story and then finding the things within you that you need to say.

And when you start doing that your voice will get strong. You will speak clearly and more powerfully and people will begin to notice.  There's a lot to learn about being a man or woman with a strong voice and one of the first lessons starts here.

Greetings for Tuesday and this is just a 10 minute talk on Tuesday in which I tell you once again a little story about the children's choir, and then to emphasize a lesson that we need to speak about this week and that is to develop and speak a strong voice.

So please just take a few minutes to let me challenge you to do something that everybody has to do today if you want to be heard and noticed and believed and trusted. You have to tell the truth and you have to have a strong voice and we're going to try and help you with the Voice and will let you and God help you discover the truth... But when they come together there is strength and a touch of boldness and sometimes even a touch of mystery.

The coronation of the new king in England or I should say Great Britain was extremely colorful and isn't it interesting to note that this ancient ceremony was actually a big long church service.  And I commend them for basically letting that still be the case after all these years of modernity.

But the rest of the weekend was pretty sad as the shooting and car killing deaths in Texasscombined with a lot of other bad news is leaving us all in a state of Monday malaise about life and business.

And so a little bit of an antidote as I tell you the story of a children's choir on Sunday. It was almost professional in the work they did and the message they had was one not just for the children but for everybody.

You probably need to hear this because it's about trying to finally being able to put the Me in Me.

 Yes let me tell you the story of breaking windows and why you should do it.  And I confess that when I read the story that this whole program is based on I literally got the shakes and could not finish the article.

It was that frightening and scary and disturbing and I can almost feel the pain.  But please take time to listen to this 15 minutes and there are about four stories involved in the program and all of them will strike a chord with all of you in some way. 

Then share this program with somebody who needs to hear it and be careful very careful.

Well I wanna have a little bit of fun today and yet I think you'll find a serious and perhaps a well intentioned message, and maybe even some good advice.

Again we have to remember that indeed artificial intelligence and all the other artificial stuff out there are going to take a lot of jobs away. That's just the deal. And we continue to find out just how much that can be the more we discover how fast the stuff is doing it's deal and some of the implications of the whole AI universe.

That also means that a lot of the stuff that you learned in college is a waste of time, first of all because you can learn most of the things you learn in college someplace else for a lot less money. Maybe even free.  Plus so much of the stuff today is nothing but indoctrination and political correctness and stuff that doesn't matter and nobody cares about except the powers that be that charge lots of money for things that don't count.

But If you do go to college they should teach you plumbing and things like that and let me make my point and then also tell you that you need to learn podcasting, how to do PEP talks... And you should learn how to pray.  Yes, plumbing podcasting pep talks and prayer should all be in the curriculum as well as all of the other stuff they offer.

I think you'll find a 20 minutes I'm using and maybe even helpful. And again I can help you!

It was many years ago when I was very young.  My generation came to their young manhood under the threat of having to go far away and fight and kill and die in a war.  No matter whether we wient or not the very being of the war affected everything; choice of career, going to school, getting married because the war was a reality in our life.

And about right now 48 years ago the war came to a tragic end.   However for many of them who came back the war never ended and for any of them to this very day it is still a part of their every day.

And today when we are so conscious of saying thank you for your service, the men who returned from Vietnam we're often greeted at the airport not by signs of welcome but by signs of derision.  Many reported that they had literally been spit on as well as called a variety of terrible names.  They were not welcomed home by many except maybe by their family or friends, and some of them even took off their uniforms and snuck home.

So maybe we should resolve to do something different and that's what this little program is about today.

 I've never had it happen before but I've heard that there are some very special people who like to do very special things for strangers. So let me tell you the story when she offered to pay my bill at the cash register.

And then in the continued mess in the media and the mess in the culture could it be that the famous and to some people infamous, Tucker Carlson is being held captive. 

And then a great story about Jesus being a cowboy, maybe, but it's a fun story and it's about children and join animals and so there we go. You'll learn something and perhaps just smile on a Monday night.

 A week ago the top rated radio and television commentator in America signed off from his very popular and profitable show on a Friday evening and said will see you on Monday and on Monday morning he was fired.

That happens particularly in the business he is in. and by the way the business he is in is probably very much like the business that you will soon be in. 

People will be fired and laid off in a moments notice, replaced by artificial intelligence, artificial voice artificial art and artificial people.

So Tucker Carlson has been fired in a very inglorious fashion and the people who hate him are thrilled and the people who love him and there are many are angry and mad.

But Tucker is going to be just fine in fact Tucker will win. No guarantees but it's almost a sure bit and one of the reasons is that he is a lot like a horse.  

And so I'm gonna tell you a brief story from one of the best books that you can read in a long time called Lessons from Horses by my friend Randy Helm.

... I really did. I saw a tombstone that made me laugh and it made me smile. How clever and how courageous and how humble must've been the person who had chosen such as saying as to how they want to finally be remembered.

Many years ago when I was recovering from a major career tragedy and crash which had left me in very bad shape I began to study those people who must've had some idea of how to be successful better than me.  

I thought I had done pretty well in life in terms of being good, following the rules, and all of that usual stuff, so why was I now in a big mess.  

What did I miss?

And then one day when I was listening to a program by the world famous consultant Peter Drucker I realized that there was a question that I needed to answer.  

And I did answer it then after much work, and I'm still answering it today.  But I'm really gonna challenge you to join me in helping one another with this question, so with your permission will you give me about 15 minutes to tell you the story.
