Ottawa has reached a deal with most provinces to make it easier for Canadian booze to flow across the country... with exceptions in PEI and NL. We take a look at what this means as political and business leaders call for more barriers to come down. We speak first with Stuart Trew - a senior researcher with the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives and the organization's director of the Trade and Investment Research Project.
