Áine Kelly-Costello (pictured, a young smiling white woman) has written a Master's thesis focusing on how and why climate change reporting can be kept in the mainstream media beyond major climate conferences.
Áine's Master's thesis focuses on understanding the practice of climate journalism in Aotearoa New Zealand. Based on this research, she has written for The conversation about the importance of embedding regular, wide-ranging climate coverage into newsrooms, and covering the subject responsibly.
Áine has also worked as a journalist, podcaster and in campaigning on climate and disability. Find her work here.
