Emily Jeanne Brown plays the role of a private equity firm’s managing director in Sarah Burgess’s play “Dry Powder,” now at Aurora Theatre in Berkeley through July 29. In “Dry Powder,” sparks fly and ethical questions arise when two principals of the firm disagree on what to do with a company that the firm plans to acquire.
