Dr Sarah Birrell Ivory (pictured) is from near the small northern Victorian town of Murchison but is now the Director of the Centre for Business, Climate Change, and Sustainability and lectures inClimate Change and Business Strategy, at the University of Edinburgh Business School.

Dr Ivory, who is on a sabbatical, has been living near her family with her husband and two children, who have been at school in Shepparton getting a true taste of life in Australia.
