We welcome guitarist Chase Wilson, guitarist of rising deathcore outfit, Ov Sulfur onto IUF. Ov Sulfur have been making waves in the last year or so, from touring alongside other acts such as Lorna Shore and As I Lay Dying, and the talk of the town has been about the innovative musicianship of this Las Vegas-based quartet. Chase talks to us about the origins of the band which lead up to the highly-anticipated debut album drop. The new album, “The Burden Ov Faith” has taken the sound of deathcore around a new corner, which has been catching the eye of many die-hards as well as bringing in newcomers. Some bands can have a tough time finding the right groove early in their career, but Ov Sulfur has had no issue establishing their signature sound. Multi-Award-Winning Indie Pop Artist From London, Natalie Shay, is finally making the rounds. German symphonic metal outfit, Beyond The Black, are back and better than ever as they kick off 2023 with their 5th self-titled masterpiece. Recently signed to Nuclear Blast Records, we are proud to welcome back to IUF, the fantastic talented frontwoman, Jennifer Haben for today's episode. 3 years since the acclaimed “Horizons,” the band has been through minor lineup changes while switching between record labels, and it only seemed to fuel the band's vision of building their musicality. We welcome back the inspiring French musician, Laura Cox, back onto IUF in this episode. It's been 2 ½ years since she last made her appearance on our show, and catching up on everything since then has been a learning and growing experience for her.
