It doesn't matter if its Karate or self defence, his program is very detailed, with every possibility covered. John is a world renowned author of books covering both Karate and self defence. We talked about mental health, his Pinan flow system, the evolution of DART, training methodology, Covid and future plans. I love talking with John as he always gives me ideas about how to improve the logistics of my club, and gives me new angles from which to look at different activities.
